MARRIAGES
Mr. B. Wallace and Miss Lane
The marriage took place at St. James's, Piccadilly, on Saturday, of Mr. Bryan Wallace, of 41, Bloomfield Terrace, Sloane Square. S.W.1, the elder son of the late Mr. Edgar Wallace, and Miss Margaret Lane, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. G. Lane, of Vernham Dean, Andover. The Rev. F.A. Iremonger, and the Archdeacon of Hampstead officiated.
The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of ivory moire satin with a train to match. Her long tulle veil was held in place by a wreath of marguerites and she carried a white Prayer-book. Mr. A.S. Frere-Reeves was best man.
A reception was held at Macaulay's Chambers, Albany, and later the bride and bridegroom left for their honeymoon on the French Riviera. Among the guests were: —
