Weep No More (1947)
In early 1947, trade publications reported that Cary Grant would star in the RKO production Weep No More and that the studio were keen for Alfred Hitchcock to direct the film.
Gary Grant has been set in "Weep No More" as his next RKO stint. The studio is trying to get Alfred Hitchcock to direct. This one will not go for some time since Grant is now at work in Goldwyn's "The Bishop's Wife" and has "Mr. Blanding Builds A Dream House" to do for RKO before he can go on to "Weep."
