Hitchcock's Films
Family Plot (1976)
Sierra Madre Pioneer Cemetery
The cemetery was used as the location of the Shoebridge family graves.
According to some sources, Hitchcock wanted the cemetery to appear unkempt and overgrown, so the studio persuaded the Sierra Madre Cemetery Association to stop cutting the grass for several weeks before filming took place.[1]
