Dale Collins
Biography
Cuthbert Quinlan Dale Collins was a prolific Australian author, chiefly now remembered for his sea-based romance novels.
Collins moved to England in 1923 and made London his base. He travelled extensively until the outbreak of World War II and then retired to Melbourne in 1948.
His 1930 book "Rich and Strange" was adapted into the Hitchcock film of the same name, which was released the following year.
