Albert Watson
Albert Watson (born 1942) is a Scottish photographer known for his fashion, celebrity and art photography.
One of Watson's first celebrity photographs was a portrait of Alfred Hitchcock holding a dead goose, which was used for the 1973 Harper's Bazaar's Christmas issue.
When interviewed in 2012, Watson explained that he was commissioned to take a photograph of the director holding a plate of roast goose to accompany the headline, "Alfred Hitchcock cooks his own goose". Instead Watson "thought it would be funnier if Hitchcock hoisted an uncooked goose by the neck, as if throttling it." The photographer found that Hitchcock was more than willing to accommodate the unusual request:
He was like an actor. He brought something to the table. He even did several poses where he pretended to cry.

In 2014, actor John Malkovich collaborated with photographer Sandro Miller to recreate a number of iconic photographs, including Watson's portrait of Hitchcock.
